I'm an experience architect. I'm passionate about creating products and services that aren't just usable and useful, but pleasurable and meaningful. Over 16+ years I've worked agency-side for a variety of clients, defining user experience strategy and architecture for high profile brands in finance, retail, and automotive. Since 2013, I've also been deeply involved in start-up life, as head of experience at Bitposter, a small UK company aiming to change the way that outdoor media is quantified and traded. I'm now based in Toronto and looking for new opportunities.

I think a lot about the future of tech. No longer contained within a single session and on a single screen, digital products extend into hybrid digital-physical space, with multiple points of interaction hooking into many different facets of everyday life. I think we can learn a lot about this new terrain from different perspectives - learning from urban design, architecture, sociology, art theory, philosophy, scenography, and so on.
